Before reporting, try these steps (they solve most issues!):
Turn your device off and on
Log out and back in
Refresh the page or try a different internet browser (Safari, Chrome, etc.)

When you reach out to the Bee Support Team (267.310.1940), please include:
Screenshot or screen recording of the issue
Device details (e.g. iPhone, Android, Chrome browser, Safari, etc.)
Time stamp of when the issue happened
This information helps our team find and fix problems much faster.

Mac: Press
Shift + Command + 4to select an area (saves to Desktop).Windows: Press
Windows Key + Shift + Sto open Snip & Sketch (saves to clipboard).
π± On Mobile Devices
iPhone / iPad:
Screenshot: Press Side Button + Volume Up (on older models, Home Button + Side Button).
Screen recording: Swipe down β Control Center β tap the record icon (add via Settings > Control Center if you donβt see it).
Android:
Screenshot: Press Power + Volume Down at the same time.
Screen recording: Swipe down twice β look for Screen Record in Quick Settings (varies by device).
π On Chrome Browser (web app)
Right-click β Inspect β Console can also show error messages (optional, for advanced users).
Use extensions like Loom or Awesome Screenshot to quickly record your screen and share.
