⭐️ Pennsylvania Clearance Steps (ALL Roles)- NORRISTOWN HIVE

The table below outlines the steps you must complete in order to become eligible to claim assignments in your hive. While timelines can vary based on individual circumstances, the contractors who move through the process most smoothly tend to take initiative—completing steps promptly, responding to follow-up communication when prompted, and reaching out for support if anything is unclear. Staying proactive helps ensure you’re cleared and ready to accept assignments as quickly as possible.

$9 for Mandated Reporter Training and Certificate of Completion

STEP	HOW	TIMELINE
Sign the BrightBee Independent Contractor Agreement and Code of Conduct	This will be emailed to you via DropBox Sign within 24 business hours.  Please review and sign.  When prompted, use your home address on the form (making sure to include any apartment or unit numbers, if applicable).	Please complete within 48 business hours.
Complete Your W-9	This will be emailed to you via Track 1099 W-9 Form within 24 business hours. Accurate completion is necessary to ensure your 1099 tax form is correct.	Please complete within 48 business hours.
Sign the Pennsylvania Disclosure Forms	This will be emailed to you via DropBox Sign within 24 business hours.  Please review and complete the full packet.	Please complete within 48 business hours.
Complete the FBI Level II Background Check	Go to www.identogo.com/locations/pennsylvania Select the Digital Fingerprint option. Enter the service code: 1KG6XN You will be responsible for the payment for the background check.   Please email a copy of your receipt to BrightBee at [e-mail] once you complete the appointment. We need to provide reference codes from this receipt to our partner so they can review your results. 👀 Need help? Pennsylvania Child Welfare Check	Go to www.compass.dhs.pa.gov/CWIS/Public/Home Create Individual Account (or Log In if you already have an account). Once you receive the completed report, please email a copy to [e-mail].	Please complete within 1 week.
TB Skin Test & Physical with Concentra	You will receive an email from Concentra with details within 24 business hours, outlining the steps for the: TB Skin Test (2-step process) Physical Use the information to locate a Concentra center near you. NOTE:  If you’ve had a TB test and/or physical in the past 3 months, you may submit that documentation to [e-mail].	For the TB Skin Test it is recommended that your first visit is on Mon - Wed so that your second visit (48 hours later) can be Wed - Fri, since most centers are closed weekends. Call to confirm before you go.

Once all steps are successfully completed, we’ll send you a confirmation email letting you know you’re cleared to begin work and provide you with instructions to access the BrightBee app and set up your payment account.
